excessive spa charge limescale shower head

The spa access cost extra, even without treatments. I thought that was excessive. the shower head had limescale. the washbasin had black mold in the joints. i found the breakfast service inattentive. Empty plates stayed in front of me and i wasn't asked if i wanted another coffee.

shower drainage faulty air conditioning

the staff was helpful.

I found that the shower drainage did not work properly. The bathroom overflowed as a result. the air conditioning malfunctioned as well. It remained faulty even after a reset attempt. i also think an upgrade to a suite cost extra, but it seemed only a slightly larger room.

excellent breakfast rooftop pool lovely staff extra charges limescale buildup black mold

The breakfast was excellent!!! i really enjoyed the rooftop pool. It even had a bar for cocktails. i found the staff to be very lovely, always ready to help. our room included a jacuzzi. This was perfect after our late arrival.

i thought extra charges for the spa were a bit much, especially just to use the sauna. 50€ seemed quite excessive, in my opinion. the shower head had some limescale buildup. i also noticed some black mold in the seams of the sink.

smart system private jacuzzi in-hotel spa

the room had a smart system controlled via tablet i could manage everything without leaving the bed the private jacuzzi was a bonus the city center was a short walk away with many restaurants and night spots available i also enjoyed a deep tissue massage at the spa.

the gym didn't have air conditioning

the hotel is located in a quiet corner of the main square this provides easy access to the town center it allows for exploration while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere away from city noises. it has an optimal central spot.

the rooftop bar and pool provided excellent experiences the bar staff were friendly and efficient the rooftop area offered great city views it featured comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe for hotel guests. the area has a relaxing vibe.

okay stay with some issues

small room broken air conditioning

the location was alright, it was close to the city center.

the room wasn't what i expected. i booked a beautiful double room, but it felt small. also, the air conditioning didn't work well, i was warm all night.
